  • We encounter problem that have a number of possible solutions everyday. Whenever we meet this situation, we have to decide one solution by comparing it with other solutions if it has better output with less opportunity cost. I had a time I faced with a bug which was not obvious because it happens not all the time. As my work-time ends, I could hand it over to night shift staff and come back tomorrow morning but I chose to stay to collaborate with him to solve it over night.   • I had to take the lead on a UI project with 2 developers. We did not have a designer so I had to research designs like colors, layouts. Our goal was making C# framework within 6 month.
